The MIA of Ukraine is in the middle of the corruption activities with regard to the citizens of Ukraine Main Administration for the Internal Troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine been fiddling with bunco with ukrainian. -------------------- Dear journalists. We need your help! Only thanks to your efforts Europe should know: - Private investments in Ukraine are risky; - On about 4 500 housing projects in Ukraine work and development are stopped and frozen; - There is not any kind of protection for people who themselves solve housing problem by investing in their own housing construction; - Ukrainian State did not work out any law for this moment, which provides guaranties that invested property will become ownership of investors; - Ukrainian authorities don't control developers and construction organizations which misuse funds of private investors; - In the Ukraine there is no legal liability for late handed buildings in the operation or misuse of funds; In the confirmation of these words the facts: since 1999 Main Administration for the Internal Troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is the principal (building owner) of six 34 storied houses in Kiev. 123 million UAH were spent from state budget for this buildings construction. Also private investors invested 83 millions of Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in this object. Buildings were not complete in 2005 and also 2006, 2007.... Neither in 2010.
